Due to our low cost and keeping overhead at a minimum
level, GreatForLess.com makes every attempt to assure you receive the product,
ordered in a quick ship methodology. Our deeply discounted prices reinforces the
philosophy that we want to ‘get it right the first time’. However, we know that
there are times when a return or exchange is required.
We welcome the opportunity to exceed your expectations! If you are not happy
with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us for a full refund or
exchange. And if we made a mistake in filling your order, we will gladly refund
your shipping charges. We will accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Up to 90 days from purchase, 2. Not used in any way and 3. Properly packageed
for shipping.
THERE MAY BE SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS ON SPECIAL ORDERS, SALE / CLEARANCE or
DISCONTINUED ITEMS. Please note this when ordering any of these items, as
any special conditions shall be disclosed prior to making your purchase.
Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email
immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be
incorrect, please contact Customer Support immediately. Damage claims on shipped
items must be made within 10 days of package arrival. You may elect to contact
GreatForLess.com Customer Support to report damage so that we may expedite a
reshipment of your product at zero cost to you. Should you elect, you may also
contact the company who delivered the package to be reimburse for the cost of
the damage, should you desire. (Note: if you are purchasing a product that is
being used a few months down the road, review it when it arrives, not when it's
being used. The 10 day window will have long expired.)
